Guidelines and requirements for vendors on Yushaa

Vendor Eligibility
To list on Yushaa, vendors must meet the following requirements:
- Own or represent a legitimate business
- Provide accurate business details
- Offer lawful products or services
- Meet Yushaa's quality, positioning, and optimization standards
Product Review & Positioning
All products undergo a comprehensive review process:
- Quality review
- Positioning checks
- Optimization for marketplace visibility
Note: Only approved products go live on the platform.
Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must:
- Fulfill customer orders honestly and promptly
- Maintain accurate pricing and descriptions
- Handle customer communication professionally
- Resolve disputes in good faith
Fees & Payments
Vendor subscription fees are clearly stated during onboarding.
Fees are non-refundable once listing goes live.
Important: Yushaa is not responsible for vendor-customer payment disputes outside the platform's scope.
