Data & account deletion request
Submit a request to remove part or all of your personal data, or to close your account, in line with our privacy policy. We process these requests manually and will contact you to confirm.
Use this form to ask us to delete specific categories of data (partial deletion) or to delete your account and associated personal data where applicable (full deletion). Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it (for example accounting or fraud-prevention obligations).
Use the same email you use on Yushaa so we can find your records. We will verify your request manually using that address—no account sign-in is required to submit this form.

These timelines follow common practice for consumer privacy requests (similar to many GDPR- and CCPA-aligned programs). Actual timing depends on verification, complexity, and legal retention rules.
- Acknowledgement: we aim to email you within seven (7) business days of receiving your request at the address you provide.
- Completion: for typical requests, we aim to finish verification and fulfill or decline the request within thirty (30) calendar days after your identity and the scope are confirmed.
- Extensions: complex cases may require up to an additional thirty (30) calendar days. If so, we will explain why and when you can expect a final response.
- Legal limits: we cannot delete certain records where the law requires retention (for example tax, accounting, or anti-fraud records). We will tell you what we deleted and what we must keep.
