Marketplace Fulfilment (Vendor Fulfilled)
Yushaa Select Fulfilment (Yushaa Fulfilled)
The applicable fulfilment model for an order depends on the vendor and product selected.
By placing an order on Yushaa, you agree to this Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Marketplace Fulfilment
Under Marketplace Fulfilment, products remain in the possession of the vendor until sold.
The vendor is responsible for:
- Maintaining inventory
- Packaging products
- Dispatching orders
- Coordinating delivery
- Providing accurate shipment information
- Ensuring products are delivered within reasonable timelines
Yushaa facilitates the transaction through its escrow and buyer protection system but does not physically possess or ship products under this fulfilment model.
Yushaa Select Fulfilment
Under Yushaa Select, approved vendors may submit inventory to Yushaa for storage and fulfilment.
Yushaa provides:
- Inventory storage
- Product inspection
- Product photography
- Product packaging
- Order processing
- Inventory management
- Customer order fulfilment
- Delivery management
Yushaa currently partners with ABC Logistics as its primary fulfilment and delivery partner for Yushaa Select orders.
Inventory submitted under Yushaa Select remains the property of the vendor until sold unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping Coverage
Yushaa currently facilitates deliveries across Nigeria.
Cross-border delivery services may be introduced from time to time subject to operational capacity, customs requirements, and applicable regulations.
Availability of delivery services may vary depending on destination.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Abuja:
1–2 Business Days
Major Cities:
2–5 Business Days
Other Locations:
3–10 Business Days
Marketplace Orders
Delivery timelines are determined by the individual vendor and may vary depending on location and logistics arrangements.
Estimated delivery timelines displayed on product pages are provided for guidance only.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges may vary depending on:
- Delivery location
- Product dimensions

- Delivery speed
- Logistics provider charges
Applicable shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery confirmation may trigger the release of funds in accordance with Yushaa's Buyer Protection Policy and Escrow Process.
Failed Deliveries
A delivery attempt may fail where:
- Incorrect address information is provided
- The customer is unavailable
- Contact information is inaccurate
- Access to the delivery location is restricted
Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
Damaged or Missing Items
Customers should inspect products immediately upon delivery.
If an order is:
- Damaged
- Incomplete
- Incorrect
- Significantly different from the product description
The customer should notify Yushaa as soon as reasonably possible through official support channels.
Such reports will be reviewed in accordance with the Returns, Refunds & Buyer Protection Policy.
Lost Packages
Where a shipment is reported as lost, Yushaa may conduct an investigation involving:
- The vendor
- ABC Logistics
- Other logistics providers
- Delivery records
Customers may be asked to provide additional information during the investigation process.
Depending on the findings, Yushaa may provide:

- Another appropriate resolution
Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances outside Yushaa's reasonable control, including:

- Logistics disruptions
- Natural disasters
Yushaa shall not be liable for delays caused by such events but will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed.
